Timings : 9am onwards

1. The Rules and regulations for the Games will be followed as per standard. Further rules / regulations will be clarified to those who register for the games later, before the games begin.
2. All games will be conducted on a knockout basis.
3. This is a Member only exclusive event and only members and their families are allowed to take part.
4. The number of events that a person can participate is maximum 2, however this is subject to no conflict between game schedules selection.
5. There are no restrictions on the number of persons participating from each family for any games.
6. In any games Group, for the game to take place, each category requires a minimum registration of Eight (8) of members. In case of inadequate member registration for any Group, the committee reserves the right to change, club boys and girls category, or cancel the proposed category game.
7. All winners / results are decided by the Referees and their decision is final.
8. Any participant not reporting at the start of the game is considered absent and they will not be included in any other game.

9. For all games, the required items, such as, Badminton rackets, Table tennis rackets, Chess board, etc. to play the games shall be brought by the participating member. Only shuttlecock and Table tennis balls will be provided by the Sangam for matches.
10. Only participants will be allowed in the games hall / play area. Members will not be allowed in the Chess playing area to help avoid distraction to the participants.
11. Participants shall come in the right clothing for their chosen games.
12. Game descriptions, Rules and regulations given here are an outline only. Rules per each game shall be briefed fully just before the game commences.
13. In case of large numbers of registrations, preliminary rounds for these entire games might takes place earlier, the same will be notified to the registered players well in advance.
